The History
In 1983, Yamazaki Farm was created by Junsei and Kazuko Yagi to produce healthy foods and promote the microbiotic food movement. Today, reestablished as Mume Farm, we carry on their passion by continuing this legacy.
Products
We create products with the same care as growing our Ume- using quality ingredients with simple, traditional processes. In addition to Umeboshi, we also make seasonal jams, syrups, and baked vegan desserts.
